Self paced 20-hour course to help you understand correct techniques for making beer, wine, spirits and fermented drinks.

The satisfaction that you have created your own fermented beverage can be satisfying and also save you money. Work through the course in your own pace. On successful completion of short online tests at the end of each lesson, plus an online exam at the conclusion of the course; you may be awarded a certificate of completion (if you achieve a 60% pass in the exam).

At the end of the course, you are presented with a large assessment which can be attempted online, anywhere, anytime. If you achieve a 60% pass in the exam; you immediately receive a downloadable certificate of completion with your name on it.
